Hi Everybody, It’s Lily(Lilynator) again and I just wanted to tell you about my awesome trip to Nigeria last summer!!! If you don’t know where Nigeria is it is a country in North West Africa and it was so EPIC!!!! I went to the countryside and it was so beneficial because it was kind of like my own retreat…it was so calming and relaxing to be away from city life for a while!!! Let me tell you about all of the wildlife and exotic plants that I saw there, the turkey that you see above is my friend he was willing to pose for my picture so you know we are practically best friends…HAHA. I have tons of pictures that I will put at the bottom of this post so that you can see them. The food in Nigeria is so filling and delicious as well as exotic and spicy!!!?I figured that all of you foodies out there might have wanted to know what the food was like so there you go!I got bitten by many mosquitoes while I was exploring the countryside but it was worth it because now I have a grand adventure to tell you about!! There are many beautiful and exotic flowers in Nigeria and I was delighted to see so many I practically freaked out when I saw all of the exuberant colors, shapes, and sizes I nearly forgot to take pictures!! It was very hot and humid there so as you can imagine I was sweating like CRAZY. While I was in Nigeria I learned some important things like “teamwork makes the dreamwork” because the communities all helped each other and everybody was well taken care of. I also learned that if you work hard you will reap many benefits and that you don’t need a million appliances and luxuries to be happy in life.This is a major thing to remember y’all, here in America we are all pretty spoiled compared to the rest of the world. I highly recommend that y’all visit Nigeria and experience this for yourself….but please don’t forget your bug spray!!
