Hey Girls! Today I have a very special post that is extremely relevant in today’s world. You probably didn’t know this, but, I am a very observant person. Over the course of a few months I noticed something that I wasn’t ecstatic about. Alright, alright, I’ll get to the point! I noticed that as girls and women we apologize A LOT. While I’m not saying that apologizing is bad, the problem is that most of the time we are apologizing for no reason. In other words, we are apologizing for being ourselves!
You heard me correctly Girls! The worst part is that most of the time we either don’t realize that we are doing it, or we are genuinely embarrassed about showing who we really are. I don’t know about you, but as for me, I love being myself and sharing my positive personality with others. I really enjoy raising the self esteem of others and sharing the wonderful bubbliness that people often characterize me by!
Wait a second! Shouldn’t we all love being ourselves and sharing our personalities, you ask? Well, the answer is a resounding YES. Girls, it’s time for us to take a deep breath and let it all out. By this I mean that it’s time for us to rise above our insecurities, Girls, we weren’t made in multiples. We didn’t come in a bulk supply, we are all different and unique! No two people are the same so that means that no two personalities are the same! Girls, how am I going to know what you are really like if you never gather the courage to actually show me? That’s right, I want to know what you are like, and the rest of the world wants to know too!
Girls, it’s time for us to leave our unnecessary apologies behind, and assume an air of confidence. Confidence allows us to achieve great things! For example, if I weren’t confident, I would have never ever created this blog. 🙂 Give confidence a try! I promise that you won’t be disappointed. 🙂 All of this to say, that if you find yourself apologizing soon, please make sure that it is not because of unnecessary embarrassment of your awesome personality. There is only one of you, and if you don’t share your personality the world will never know what you’re like!
