Hi Everyone! Sorry I didn’t post last week, unfortunately I had a mild flu and I was too sick to touch the computer. 🙂 Girls, It’s that time of year again, Drill Team Tryouts! I’ll be the first person to let you know that I am beyond nervous for these tryouts. I really, really, really want to make this team. I have been training for so long and I am so ready to dance on the dance team. Girls, I have been told that I radiate confidence, but just know that most of time I am shaking in my boots. (That’s A Fancy Way To Say That I Am Quaking In Fear!)
Last year, when I auditioned for the dance team at the very last minute before I started to dance I completely lost my nerve! I ended up slipping and forgetting steps because I doubted myself and my abilities. This year I am determined to let my confidence shine through! Girls, in order to radiate confidence you have to be confident. I know that it sounds obvious but this is a key concept that is often overlooked. Below I will add a list of things that will help you to radiate confidence even when you are scared.
How To Radiate Confidence ( Even When You Are Petrified!) 🙂
- Smile
- Walk With A Straight And Confident Posture
- Allow Yourself To Laugh
- Relax Your Face 🙂
- Think About A Time When You Were Happy, Confident, And Determined
- Read This Website 🙂
- Encourage Others
Well Girls, that’s all that I have for you today! I just wanted to share some advice that will hopefully help you the next time that you do something that requires confidence. If you have something that you are anxious about please don’t be afraid to leave a comment. I love to hear from all of you!
Happy Holidays,
Lilynator
