Hi Everyone, Today I toured a medical school and LET ME TELL YOU it was EPIC!!!I got to see the “ins” and “outs” of the school and I got to see REAL MEDICAL STUDENTS!! I learned about what classes to take to get into medical school and turns out you need three things….GOOD GRADES, DETERMINATION, and DRIVE!!! Oh,and some good recommendation letters wouldn’t be bad either.? Those of you that know me or follow me on this blog already know why I am “fangirling” over this and for those of you who don’t know, I am excited because I want to be an OB/GYN , that is the abbreviation for Obstetrician and Gynecologist since the two go hand in hand.As some of you already know gaining access to a medical school and learning pro tips from pros is really rare for kids my age because most freshman in High school aren’t even taking their grades seriously right now but y’all better believe that I SURE AM TAKING MY GRADES SERIOUSLY. I am taking really hard classes and getting Straight “A’s”, so I advise all of you out there that have high expectations for yourself to do the same thing that I am doing…PUSH YOURSELF TO BE THE BEST, TAKE SCHOOL SERIOUSLY, and NEVER GIVE UP. There WILL be NAYSAYERS at every step so NEVER LET THAT STOP YOU!!❤ Everyday at school kids tell me that writing this blog is a stupid idea and that I should quit right away but I REFUSE TO LET THAT STOP ME!!! Something that my mom always tells me is that “Empty barrels make the most noise” and that basically means that people that are trying to put you down will have the most to say about you and what you are doing and what they are saying is usually pretty RUDE and NEGATIVE. Sometimes it’s best to ignore them and to keep doing what you are doing colleges love successful students. I realize that this is a long post so I will end it right here.
I LOVE you guys so much that I have decided to do this new thing called a “Shout Out Squad”!!!Every time I post something I will look at the countries that people are visiting my site from or where people are commenting from and I will give either specific people or the WHOLE COUNTRY a “Shout Out”. To be able to get in on this you have to either visit my blog at least twice OR comment at least once on my blog!!!?I CAN’T WAIT!!!!
