Hi Everyone! Today is post one of the “Thriving Through The Quarantine” series. I know that right now life is different, and sometimes change is hard to adapt to, but we can get through this together. In this series we will lean on each other for support, motivation, and positivity. We are stronger together! So today I thought that we would just talk. Talking about what is going on in the world right now is very therapeutic, and so good for your health. Whether you write your thoughts down in a notebook, or comment them down below, releasing your thoughts is important. I’ll start by sharing my thoughts. Lately, I’ve been feeling very frustrated! I haven’t left my house for a little over a month and I’m starting to feel like a caged bird. 🙂 After a while, I decided to make a list of things that I could do while I was stuck at home. The first thing that I did was to change my mindset. Shortly after I changed my mindset, I got to work on my list. You can access my list HERE.
I started to feel slightly better and the days seemed just a little bit brighter. After a while I noticed that I felt better when I had someone to talk to about the situation, so I instantly thought about all of you. That brings me to the purpose of post one of this series. I want all of us to really come together during this time. Even though we are all quite literally on opposite sides of the earth, we can still come together to lean on one another for strength and support. I hope that you join me in this series to keep us all strong and motivated. I truly believe that if we stick together we will all come out of this quarantine feeling better and more refreshed.
