Okay, Let me just start by saying that I LOVE PIZZA!!! I love how yummy it is and how convenient it is, but if you were to take a slice of pizza and squeeze it between two napkins you would see the amount of oil and grease that you consume in just one slice!!!   As you all know, when you are weighed down with too much junk food or grease you have a hard time functioning in your sport,so sadly before class we can’t hunker down in front of the TV with Papa Johns pizza and their famous garlic sauce and EAT am I right?  So, I’m just saying that before you have your “Back To The Future” movie watching marathon you might want to consider a salad bar first, because think about it, is a ballet class or a practice session where you can’t train due to indigestion really worth it?  I mean I’m no Albert Einstein, but I do know a few things when it comes to dance and other sports.
