Hello Everyone! Today we are talking about a very important topic, bullying. Bullying is something that is frequent in our world today. Studies have shown that many people have experienced verbal, physical, and cyber bullying. I have an immense problem with what is happening in society today and I believe that It is very important for us to take a stand. The only way\u00a0 that the world changes is by passionate people having the courage to speak up to bring about change.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

While I haven’t really been a victim of this myself, I know several victims. I have witnessed bullying many times in my life. It’s usually not the physical kind but it’s often the mental or verbal kind. I know that bullying can have several negative effects on a person’s goals, dreams, and confidence. Below I will make a list of ways that you can stand up to bullying and make the world a better place.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

How To Take A Stand\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Don’t be a bully<\/p>\n

2. If you see someone being bullied be moral support<\/p>\n

3. be kind<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 smile<\/p>\n

5. don’t encourage the bully by creating a crowd or laughing<\/p>\n

6. report the situation to a trusted authority<\/p>\n

7. spread positive words and messages<\/p>\n

8. be optimistic<\/p>\n

9. don’t turn a deaf ear and a blind eye to the situation (metaphorical eye and ear)<\/p>\n

10. NEVER join the bullying<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

While I’m not saying that you should ever endanger yourself, I just want to let you know that there are ways to change the world without violence or danger. Sometimes all it takes is one person to commit a small act of kindness to change the world.
