Hey Everyone! Happy New year’s eve! Twenty-nineteen has been amazing. All of you have made positive changes in your lives resulting in more happiness and self-confidence. I am extremely proud of you! In this post, I am excited to share with you ways to make 2020 a motivational year!<\/p>\n

New Year, new chances is what I like to say regarding making positive changes. In 2020 I think that as girls we should focus on encouraging ourselves rather than discouraging ourselves. This is most likely something that you have heard very frequently. But let me tell you something, if you don’t actually apply this advice to your life you won’t truly benefit from it! In order to make 2020 a motivational year, we first have to motivate ourselves!<\/p>\n

Simple ways to motivate yourself include complimenting yourself every day, looking for something positive in every situation, and smiling more! I think you will find that after executing these small tasks every day you will feel happier and more motivated to reach your goals and dreams. It’s very important that we don’t give up on our unfinished goals and dreams this year. Sometimes it takes more than a year to achieve your goals but believe me when I say that giving up won’t help you to achieve them any faster! If you persist and let your determination shine through I promise that you will be able to accomplish your goals.<\/p>\n

Another way to make 2020 an awesome year is to motivate others! Sometimes it seems like in order to be your best you have to focus on yourself only. But I think that you will find that helping others is just as good as helping yourself. When you help others you are motivating them and making their day a little bit brighter. After all, you never know what someone else is going through! A little bit of kindness always goes a very long way! This year don’t forget to take some time to reflect on your progress and to celebrate how far you have come. It may not always seem like you have achieved much, but I promise you that a little bit of reflection time will lead you to even greater successes in the future.<\/p>\n
