Hello everyone! During this time we are all dealing with quite a bit of stress and tension. This post will give you some yoga routines to relieve stress. I recommend doing these routines when you feel overwhelmed, restless, anxious, or stressed. Without further ado, let’s get into the post!
Yoga Routines To Relieve Stress

During this quarantine, I have had the time to realize how important listening to your body is. From eating healthily to exercising, every action counts. These yoga routines will help you to give your body the time that it needs to relax. When you are doing these exercises, you will be focusing on being peaceful and calm, not what is going on in the world. I know that sometimes when things aren’t going as planned, we feel like we should abandon our health and fitness goals. That is not the case at all! We should always do our best to be our best selves inside and out.
